1. Are there any penalties for missed appointments, what if I forget about the scheduled cleaning?
No. We remind all our clients the day before via text or email about their scheduled cleaning appointment
2. Are there any benefits or discounts for repeat or long term customers?
Absolutely, we love our clients! Talk to your representative about the benefits and discounts available for multiple bookings.
3. How can I pay?
You will be e-billed an invoice, we accept cash, all major credit cards and payment by cheque.
4. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and cleaning tools?
No. During our initial estimate meeting a supplies and tools list will be generated for your home. On the scheduled day of cleaning your housekeeper(s) will bring all cleaning supplies and tools needed to get the job done.
5. If I will not like the work may I get my money back?
Yes, of cause, you may not pay for this work. But, it NEVER happened in our practice. We always come back and redo everything you want.
6. Do we have to sign the contract with you?
No contract. It is your rule: All our clients have to feel free to refuse from our service any time. But, we have the agreement form. There are all details of the service in this agreement.
